Reservation Checklist To expedite the reservation process, please have the following information available:
- Passenger(s) name and cell phone number(s)
- Complete credit card information, including number and name as it appears on the card, as well as billing address and zip code.
- Date(s) and time(s) for pick-up and/or drop-off
- Complete address of pick-up location, including zip code (except for airport transfers)
- For airport pick-ups: We will help establish the airport pick-up location, such as “top of the escalator,” chauffeur waiting area,” or “at the curb.”
- Complete address of drop-off location, including zip code (except for airport transfers)
- Return pick-up/drop-off information, including date(s), time(s) and location(s) as indicated above.
- You will receive a confirmation number once the reservation process is complete, via phone, fax or email.
